Shipping
Each planner is made to order through our trusted supplier in the UK. At this time, we ship to the UK, EU and US. You'll receive shipping tracking details once your order is dispatched.
UK
Free shipping within the UK. Orders usually arrive within 4-6 working days.
EU
Shipping to the EU costs £4.99. Orders usually arrive within 4-14 days.
US
Shipping to the US costs £5.99. Orders usually arrive within 4-16 days.
All prices shown are in GBP (£). Your local currency (€, $) will be shown at checkout.
Returns
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your planner to request a return. Returned planners must be unused and in their original condition, and returns postage is at the customer's expense.
If your planner arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@agilebloom.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Duties & Taxes
If you're ordering from outside the UK, your country may apply custom duties, import taxes, or handling fees when your package arrives. These charges are set by your local customs office and are completely outside of our control. Not every order will incur these fees, it varies by country and order value.
Issues with Delivery
If a delivery is missed or uncollected and is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
If your package is lost in transit, we'll investigate this with the courier and arrange a replacement so you still receive your order.
We aim to deliver within the timeframes stated, but delays outside of our control (such as courier delays or seasonal demand) may occasionally occur.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
